Don't use AI code generators if you are learning and want to stay ahead.
Best one! ✅
Yes,
Let's be direct and cut through the noise. Today's zoo of AI assistants excels at entry-level tasks and boilerplate generation. But this is merely the illusion of productivity.
When it comes to genuine, complex engineering work—systems architecture, architectural refactoring, deep code audits, and hunting down non-trivial bugs—the field of viable candidates narrows to one. In my experience, that candidate is Claude Opus 4 (Ultrathink).
Even then, its true potential is unlocked not as a "smart autocomplete," but as a partner in thought. It is only under proper orchestration and with a rigorous, systems-level methodology that it transforms into a tool that empowers a single specialist to think and execute at the level of an entire team. This elevates the craft of development to a fundamentally new, strategic plane.
Everything else is just playing in the sandbox.
Maybe we can write code more intelligently by using Code Generators! But we really can't increase the speed much, because many times these tools create more bugs and errors instead of creating code...
I am very interested in using artificial intelligence in software development, but most of the time it is limited to consulting and guidance for optimization because if I put the steering wheel in the hands of artificial intelligence, I am sure the bottom of the valley will be waiting for me.
Thank you very much for your useful content, dear Kiran Naragund.
You're welcome Shayan!
Thanks for checking!
Great list! Have you tried Kiro AI IDE? I'm curious how it would compare to the tools you mentioned here, especially for the integrated development experience. Would love to hear your thoughts if you've had a chance to test it out! 🤔
Thanks Dishank!
Not yet but I try it...
We've got the only free an open source one I know about ...
Nice! I always use windsurf or Lovable for frontend
Nice!
Good post!
Thanks!!
Awesome roundup....
Thanks Parag!
I like copilot. I like tab, tab coding without vibe coding. maybe it is slower but I know my code.
Interesting. Thanks for sharing!
You're welcome!
Amazing and thanks for sharing. if anyone lost fund to scammer, reach out to cyberseccop for refund processing.
This is cool
Thanks!
I have been using Ridvay code for a while now. It is very good. I have used many of these tools, but it's nowhere near. I can't understand how Copilot made it to this list - agentic capabilities are not acceptable.
